What we collect

When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect your name, and whichever of email address, phone number and delivery address you give us. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password.

We keep a record of what you ordered so we can answer questions about it later.

Why we collect it

To fulfil your order, to reply to your enquiry, and — if you have asked us to — to send you occasional news about new chapters. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: the courier who delivers it, and the payment provider if you pay online. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

The site stores a small identifier in your browser so your bag survives a page reload. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure traffic in aggregate rather than to track individuals.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us.
