Orders

An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and, where payment applies, received it. Until we acknowledge it, no contract exists between us.

We may decline an order — for example if a piece is no longer available, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we cannot verify the details you gave us. If we decline an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Delivery is charged separately and shown to you before you confirm.

If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding rather than simply charging or cancelling.

Pre-orders and deposits

Pre-order pieces are made after you order them. A deposit reserves your size and colour and covers materials; the balance is due before your piece is dispatched or collected.

The production lead time shown on the product page is an estimate made in good faith. If it changes we will tell you promptly, and if the delay is unreasonable you may cancel and have your deposit returned.

Because a pre-order is cut for you specifically, a deposit is not refundable for a change of mind once production has begun. It is refundable if we cannot make the piece, or if we miss the agreed timeline by an unreasonable margin.

Concept previews

Pieces marked as concept previews are shown for collection planning only. They are not confirmed production garments, they are not offered for sale, and their final fabric, construction and price may differ from what is shown.

Registering interest in a concept piece places you under no obligation and does not reserve anything.

Delivery and collection

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once your order is paid and, for pre-orders, once production is complete.

Risk in the piece passes to you on delivery, or on collection.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are not included in the delivery fee and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Images and colour

We photograph our pieces in natural light and represent colour as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and no two render a colour identically.

If exact colour matters to your order, ask us before you buy and we will describe it honestly or send an additional photograph.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
