Orders

An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and, where payment applies, received it. Until then we may decline an order — for example if a piece is no longer available.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.

Pre-orders and deposits

Pre-order pieces are made after you order. A deposit reserves your size and colour and covers materials; the balance is due before your piece is dispatched or collected.

The production lead time shown is an estimate made in good faith. We will tell you promptly if it changes.

Concept previews

Pieces marked as concept previews are shown for collection planning only. They are not confirmed production garments, are not offered for sale, and their final fabric, construction and price may differ from what is shown.

Images and colour

We photograph our pieces in natural light and represent colour as faithfully as we can, but screens vary. If exact colour matters to your order, ask us and we will describe it or send an additional photograph.
